As member of LCM Org's Patching team for FUSION APPS, actively contributing to discussions and developing the logic for new use cases which would bring
down the customer downtime to less than 15 minutes from an avg. of 2-3 hours
Also contributing to enhance the Patching Orchestration flow to support multiple Platforms.
Actively supporting the Generation-1 deployment issues, reviving the failed workflows and simultaneously contributing to make the Generation-2 a resilient system
Actively listening to customers, handling concerns quickly and escalating and resolving issues to minimize the customer impact.
Working flexible hours across, weekend shifts to support Generation 1 orchestration flow on a monthly basis.
Enhancing unit test coverage using Mockito and Guice frameworks of different modules.
Took the ownership of a orchestration engine, a very critical component that sets in the Patching workflows.
Working with teammates to learn and understand various workflows.
Participated in a hackathon to develop and expose an API endpoint, to upstream, which validates a critical component helping rectifying the issues at the beginning and reducing the impact during the customer downtime.
Contributions to the project lifecycle at various stages of project lifecycle including scripting with various technolgies like Python, Shell and Perl.
Promoted to Senior Member Techinacal Staff (IC3) in September 2023.
